Bio
I’ve been a visionary artist and soulful storyteller since 2004 during my time as an on-stage inspirational speaker and international best-selling author of ‘The Road to Resiliency’.
In 2011 I formed the rock band ‘Aside from Sorrow’ where I wrote and produced two albums. While creating music videos for the band I was introduced to cinematography. I fell in love with this form of storytelling and began co-creating short indie films and music videos.
I made the leap to writer, director and producer in 2016 after winning the ‘Script to Screen’ contest hosted by OSIF. With the help of 68 volunteer cast and crew members, we produced an international award winning short-film in just 7 weeks. ‘Out of the Darkness’ went on to win ‘Best Cinematography’ and ‘Best Post-Production’ in its first film festival.
I operate the video production company ‘Reelization Studios’ in Kelowna, BC. I support and partner with independent artists, musicians, businesses, and content creators in creating the stories that make our world a better place. I am the writer, camera operator, and editor for most of my productions.
