Bio
Coming from a 25-year background as a professional circus artist, Alvin has had the opportunity to helm many projects, from intimate 100-person cabarets to multi-million dollar circus shows featuring Cirque-style acrobats and pyrotechnics. During his career as a performer, he has directed, stage managed, run technical crew, produced and performed in nearly every area of live arena.
Over the last decade, Alvin pursued a parallel passion in filmmaking and formed a video production studio that specialized in commercial production for the same company he performed for many years, Cirque du Soleil. The projects included onstage shoots for new shows, television spots for strategic partnerships with the Golden Knights NHL hockey team and visual infographics for various promotions.
Alvin is continuing his passion for filmmaking with the exploration of writing his first feature.
